Services Offered
Mediation for both parties with family law issues including divorce, custody, parenting plans, support, paternity and adoption issues, same sex relationships, elder and probate issues is available. Parties who are represented by attorneys as well as those who are not working with an attorney can utilize my mediation services. Depending on the needs of the parties,
I prepare a letter summarizing the agreement reached during the session as well as reminders of tasks to be accomplished prior to the next mediation session. In the case of a divorce matter, I can prepare all the necessary legal paperwork to complete a divorce. I can also prepare a mediation agreement that can then be used to assist the parties and their attorneys in preparing the final paperwork.
